The 7-Day Acclimation Period 🏡

New stationery needs time to settle into your habitat.
If it doesn’t fit your desk ecosystem, send it back within 30 days.

✅ Returnable If…

You changed your mind
The vibe is off
It doesn’t match your planner
You bought two and only need one
The creature tape is cute but not your kind of cute

Items must be:

Unused
Unmarked
In original packaging
Not written in, peeled, inked, stretched, or customized

Basically: treat it like a library book you actually respect. 📚

❌ Not Returnable

ANIMAL & CREATURE TAPES — opened or used rolls
STICKY NOTEPADS — written on, peeled, or partially used
PEN STRAPS — used, stretched, or attached to a pen
GEL PENS — used, inked, or with obvious wear
SOFTCOVERS — written in, bent, coffee-stained, or emotionally bonded to
Custom / personalized items — made just for you
Final sale / clearance items — marked down because they’re gone for good

🛠️ How to Return

Email xunyaint9@hotmail.com with your order number and reason.
We’ll send a return shipping label.
- If we messed up: we pay.
- If you changed your mind: cost deducted from refund.
Pack it securely. Bubble wrap is love.
Drop it at the carrier within 5 business days of receiving the label.

💸 Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Your bank may take extra time. That’s on them, not us.

📦 Damaged or Defective?

Oh no. If something arrives broken, misprinted, or just wrong:

Email us within 7 days
Include photos
We’ll send a replacement or refund — no return needed. We don’t want your broken stuff.

🔄 Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges.
Instead: return the item, place a new order, and we’ll refund the first one once it’s back.

🙏 One Tiny Request

Please don’t abuse this policy.
We’re a small business with feelings, bills, and a mild creature tape addiction.
If you return everything, we’ll know. We’ll still process it. But we’ll be sad. 🥲

Questions? Email us.
Just don’t ask us to refund your emotional attachment to a bookmark. That’s priceless.
